Well, you cant always assume that the part it shows in the loading screen, when it stops, is the exact part (if even a part), that is causing the loading issue.
Best bet whenever seeking help for game loading issues, esp. is to post your logs, tell what version of KSP, and as detailed a description of the problem as possible.
